The pictures are there to give you an idea of what the variety looks like when grown in good conditions. They are most of the time pictures of my mother plants from my own collection. They are not the exact plants you will receive, but they will be clones/offspring of them, which will look exactly the same when grow them in proper conditions.

If a plant is marked as “Out of Stock”, it means that we don’t currently have that variety for sale but will have more in the future. When they will be back in stock is often hard to estimate, so we’d rather not give any dates.

You can subscribe to any out-of-stock product by clicking the “Notify me when available” button. You will then receive an email as soon as it is back in stock!

When we do not plan to have a particular plant back in stock ever again, it is removed from the website listing.


When will my order be sent?

We usually send orders in under a week, however it might take longer during busy periods. Packages are sent every Mondays and sometimes on Tuesdays.

What payment methods are available?

We offer various payment methods so that the payment process is both easy and safe for you. You can pay using Paypal, Visa, MasterCardBancontact, iDeal as well as sending a Overschrijving (takes longer than the other methods).

I placed my order, but I haven’t paid for it.

I entered incorrect data. How can I fix it?

Contact us as soon as possible using the form below and inform us about the situation. If the order hasn’t been sent yet, we’ll be able to change the shipping info. Otherwise, you’ll have to contact the courier directly.

I want to add plants to my order.

Place a new order and select the “Add to existing order” shipping option, which costs nothing. Please leave a message in the note mentioning your previous order number with paid shipping.

Be aware that adding plants may raise up the shipping costs, which we will ask you to compensate.


All of our parcels are sent from Belgium.

We can only send live plants to most countries of the European Union:

Unfortunately, due to Brexit we are not able to send plants to the United Kingdrom anymore.

The shippings costs vary greatly depending on the weight of the package and the destination country. The website will automatically calculate the appropriate shipping costs to send the items that are in your cart to your country.

Our plants are sent potted to ensure that they arrive to you in great shape.

You can check the status of your order using the tracking number we gave you after having sent your package.

It is not currently possible to collect orders in person.

Service and Returns

Yes, of course, as long as the parcel hasn’t been sent yet. Contact us using the form below.

We do not accept returns as plants would have low chances of survival after a second travel. Make sure you actually want and can take care of the plants you’re ordering. Don’t hesitate to ask us pictures of the plants you will actually receive to make sure it will meet your expectations.

First, check the status of your package using the tracking number you received. Contact us using the form below if there hasn’t been any status update in a few days or if the package is marked as delivered and you haven’t received anything.

Despite our best efforts, there’s a slight chance that a plant will not survive the travel, they’re living organisms after all and things can go wrong. If this were to happen, please send us an email with decent quality pictures of the dead plant as soon as you receive them. If you do not contact us immediately, we will not be able to help you.

We will then review your case and offer you a refund of the price of the dead plant (shipping not included) or a replacement plant in your next order if it is still in stock.

In case of harsh weather forecast, we will ask you if you want to delay the shipping of your order until the temperatures go back to normal. If you still wish for the plants to be sent at the time of unfit temperatures, we decline any responsibility if some plants were to die.

Most of the time, if the plant arrived alive and died afterwards it means that it wasn’t put in proper conditions after unpacking, so it’s hard to justify a refund in these cases. Make sure to do research about how to care for the plants you’re buying. If you really think that the plant died because of our conditioning, contact us via the form below and we will review your case.
